My name is Gary Kallinikos, and I am Chairman of the SMFNC.

On behalf of the club, I would like to welcome you all to the Lion’s Den for the upcoming 2026 season.
I would personally like to begin by thanking our Committees Executive and General and our members both new and existing, our sponsors and supporters, for their time and effort in making our club the place to be and to ensure our club continues to be safe and successful year after year.
Our club is in a strong position strategically, financially, and operationally. You will see some works starting in the new year on the new light towers being erected around the main oval, this will give our club the opportunity to extend training and playing hours on that main oval.
Our Netball program has gone from strength to strength over the years, across both junior and senior levels. Best of luck to our coaches for the coming season.

Junior and Senior Football is also in a very strong position. A big thank you to everyone involved in our junior program. The club executive has made some football operational changes as our club grows, implementing a junior and senior football operation mangers. I would like to wish all our coaches the best to for the coming season ahead. Junior Registration Day will be held in January. You will be able to register and order any required merchandise on the day.
